This pot is just the right size for a couple tht likes to cook. It is not to heavy and I love the red color. However, I was expecting the interior of the pot to be enameled also.

I have wanted this for the longest time but could not justify the price with my budget. The Christmas sale dropped the price 70%, so I COULD justify the purchase. It is sooo much better than I hoped. Very heavy and cooks beautifully and easy clean up. What more could one ask for? And it’s a great color!

Over promise , under deliver, over rated Staub

Staub is overrated. I am ok with gifting this . But for my own kitchen I will stick with regular lodge cast iron.
My first Staub and I am finding that most of my dishes are getting burnt , sticking to the bottom. Coming from cast iron skillets, i find this frustrating. Maybe Staub is not for everyone.
