[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of research went into what I would use in my kitchen. Cooking with precision and consistency is key for me. I do not want to have to wrestle or guess with my cookware. With this this cast iron Cocotte, it delivers and I know what to expect. Easy care. Easy clean up. Some may complain about the lid and condesation spikes, but the small effort of cleaning is completely worth it. Comparing to other brands... easily, Staub wins hands down in my opinion.
