This pot is my savior. With spending so much more time in the kitchen now Ive come to rely on my cocotte almost daily. Whether im making some soup for lunch or baking bread for the weekend this pot gets it done.
I love how it looks on my stovetop as well when not in use. It just ads a pop of color and class to my kitchen. Its so easy to clean that it always looks perfect even though I use it all the time.

My children gave me this for Christmas last year, and I don't know how I ever lived without it. Holds the heat, and is a great serving piece, looks great and keeps food hot.
Use this for soups, stews, and sauces. The dark interior not only helps in searing but also prevents discoloration of the interior. Will be adding some larger pieces for batch cooking and deep frying.
