The best ceramic pot I have to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pot to make stew, and it was cooked so quickly. And My stew stay hot for quite a long time. And cleaning it was a breeze. Just add soap and warm water, all the grease would fall off at ease. I would take good care of this pot like my own car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have just started using it, but so far am pleased- heats quickly and evenly. This will be a nice addition to the mix for simmering and sautéing (lighter than a dutch oven, but still a solid weight). I do wish the handles and knob were heat-resistant, but it’s no big deal to use a towel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it cooks evenly (using low or medium heat, per instructions, using gas. Nice weight. I’m a Le Creuset fan but wanted a large multi-use pan that was lighter and so far am pleased.

Truly the perfect pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this pan today and tried it to make fried rice and another stir fry dish. I added some Olive oil and heat the pan on medium low, both dishes turned out great and did not stick. It is the perfect size and depth, I will check back after a couple of months to see if the pan remains just as good!

High Quality Cookware

Has a good weight to it, beautifully finished, and even in the first washing you can see the water bead right off of the nonstick coating! Hard to find stainless steel WITH nonstick. Love it so far and excited and hopeful they’ll last for many years!

It;s the best for any "one pot" recipes as well. My favorite to cook in this pan is my one pot chicken and rice.
