The name says it all, this is the perfect pan. This new nonstick coating is the best I've ever used. It easily releases food and clean up has never been quicker. The perfect pan is extremely versatile and the weight is ideal for moving around the stove or putting away leftovers.

A unique but versatile pan

This is a great perfect pan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. With this shape of a vessel, this is a very versatile piece, I use this a lot for stir fry, pot roasts, soups, sauces. The tri-ply construction of this perfect pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having cold spots in the pot. It heats up really well and retains the heat well. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

I love the new and improved coating on this pan. Now I can use metal utensils, it is 10x more scratch resistant, 3x more durable and lasts 50% longer. This pan is one of my favorite size and shape of pans. Love this one, the coating is everything!

This pot does it all. We use it for everything - soup, stew, grains and I have even roasted a chicken in it (don't laugh all other pans dirty). I like the fact there are no chemical used in the making of this pan. It can go into the oven up to 400F, thus the chicken.
