Sturdy, reliable, easy to clean.

Lovely pot for lots of vegetables or stir fry

Solid pan for every day use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is a great multi-purpose pan for every day cooking at home. The heavy weight might be a bit cumbersome for some, hence only four stars. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan so no hot spots during cooking. Great when you want to sautee or braise.

perfect pan.....the name says it all

A must have. I love the shape of this pot. The deep wide design with rounded bottom makes it great for everything from stir fry to braising. The rounded edges make it so easy to stir. The tri-ply construction heats quickly and evenly. The handle stays cool to the touch on the stovetop. I love the glass lid so I can monitor my cooking without having to lift it off. The nonstick is great. The ceramic coating is PTFE and PFOA free and much more durable than first gen ceramic coatings.
