Nice upgrade and addition to my kitchen "tool kit"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4.6 qt, ceramic clad perfect pan is my 3rd piece off Zwilling stove top cookware. Love the way the flat bottom contact patch works with my smooth/glass top range. My older pots became convex after only a few uses making them heat very unevenly. No such problems with Zwilling. And the ceramic coating seems to work extremely so far. Premature to assess long-term but it does seem to be robust. The construction also seems very made, definitely solid, heftier than my similarly sized previous pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have become a fan of Zwilling in the last year. I recently added the Perfect Pan and wish this had been an earlier addition. This replaced three other pots. I love that I can make soups, a roast or even bake in this pan. Beautiful construction and the helper handle is highly recommended.
