Great carving set

Great set for that holiday time of year. This carver knife will slice your turkey or ham beautifully. The special formula stainless steel of the Four Star will have lasting durability and sharpness, so you never worry about having to saw through your beautiful Thanksgiving turkey. The fork along with the carving knife is forged, which will be able to hold up much longer thanks to Zwilling’s patented Sigmaforge process.

Carving up dinner

Nice carving set. The handle is comfortable and it's a good weight. We use the set for holidays and family dinners. But we also find ourselves using just the knife.

Time tested, tried and true. This is an excellent set for all carving and slicing. I also like to use the fork for retrieving meats and vegetables form the pot. The knife is sharp and well balanced. I like the handles- smooth and comfortable.

This is a great buy deal for a carving knife and fork.
An 8" carving knife will cut and slice through meat, a large beef roast or corned-beef, turkey or just about anything and it is partnered with the fork is a must have knife set in your kitchen.
Handle is comfortable in my hand, these two are perfect together from quality, performance to durability.
This Four Star knife is manufactured in Germany, Special formula high carbon NO STAIN steel. forged from a single piece of solid steel, ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts sharper, stays sharper longer, and has superior resilience.
This might help better to let you know carving knife is 57 Rockwell Hardness = excellent edge retention, edge angle 15 degrees per side and dishwasher safe.

Great gift or addition to your own collection

Four Star is a classic style of knife that has been around for decades yet still looks modern fitting into any type of kitchen style. Carving sets are great gifts for weddings but also a nice addition to any kitchen collection of knives. The molded handle feels secure in your hand even when wet and the fork is super sharp and can pierce meat, potatoes and even a squash.
