They are perfectly balanced and have a good hefty feel that helps reduce fatigue on heavy use meal prep days. Absolutely would recommend this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set includes every knife you’ve ever need. They have held up very over five years with a lot of daily use. One of the knives chipped at the end, the paring knife. Other than that very happy.

They are beautiful, well-crafted, and do the job with minimal effort. Slicing through ingredients like a hot knife through butter. Can’t wait to make some tasty meal creations for the family (and friends, post pandemic!!)! Thank you!
