The sharpness, balance, and design are incredible!! They fit in my hands perfectly with precise cuts. 4/5 stars only because 3 of the knives handles have knicks on them. Also, I understand the block is designed the way it is, but some of the knives just seem to be way too small for their slot. This leaves them looking unorganized and untidy looking unless you take the time to make it look picture perfect. Otherwise, a great set that every kitchen must have for cooking daily.

Love the sharpness of the blades. He ergonomics of the handle. Precision cutting. They seem very durable. The weight is very balanced.

Just took it out of the box and it looks great. The wood knife block could indicate which knives go into which slots but otherwise, looks good. Looking forward to using them.
