[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives included in this set cover just about every application. We’ve been thrilled with the quality since we got these as a wedding gift and love cooking with them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that knives are very sharps. I don’t like they are very light weighted and that the 6” utility knife 30723-162 doesn’t touch completely the cutting table due to the curvature of the handle.
