Forged would be better, but we are home cooks that appreciate quality products. Time will tell the quality, but their reputation is solid. Hope to get some good use out of these.

Beautiful knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this today. I love it already. The only thing that kind of bugs me so far is that they say “8 steak knives” “one vegetable knife”. They are all the same. Just say 9 steak/vegetable kniges… the 9 knives literally have the same part numbers. Otherwise, I am certain this knife set will last decades!

They are very comfortable in your hands and maintain a sharpe edge for a long time. Just make sure they say "Made in Germany". They are the best.
