high quality knives, extremely sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High quality knives, very sharp, handles feel comfortable in my hand. Knives are made in Germany. Only negative is wooden block. Not best fit and one slot is empty. But the knives are perfect so I still gave it a five.

Finally decided to gift myself with a good set of professional knives, so glad I did. I now have every possible knife I use in the kitchen, including the best quality steak knives I've ever used. The knives have the traditional look I prefer, and the edge retention is fabulous. Spent more than I have on previous blocks, but I know these will last a lond time, and love that they have a lifetime guarantee! Should have treated myself years ago.
