Love these baking dishes, they are made super well and are super durable. The two large sizes are great for many dishes, smaller has some limitations. Wash super well by hand event with burnt food in them. Highly recommend, will last a long time!

I love these baking dishes and Staub products in general. They are made really nicely and are quite durable and heavy duty. Great to cook in or just for serving and preparing. I hand washed them and they clean up easily even if there is burnt food on them. The two larger ones are great sizes for many different dishes; small one is somewhat limited in its use in my opinion. Overall great product.

Great weight, love the handles making it easy and safe to place in and remove from oven when hot. Cleans up beautifully, even baked on foods come off as they would on a non-stick pan. They are a pleasure to use. The look is classic, and is pretty enough to use as serveware at the table. I haven’t tested under a broiler yet, but am happy that they are broiler safe (hard to find in ceramic bakeware). The largest dish can easily handle a large lasagna. I used the medium dish last night and it is the perfect size for 10 enchiladas (corn tortillas). The smallest size is good for dips, or for personal size casserole, dessert, etc.

These baking dishes are great! The ability to be used in the microwave and oven is wonderful. First the bake and roast evenly and any leftovers can be warmed in the microwave within the same dish. The color is beautiful. I highly recommend these baking dishes.

Absolutely beautiful - I took a dish to a friend's house for dinner and the dish was absolutely elegant - and retains the heat well. Cooks evenly.
