A 4 Qt soup pot is a size that can be used for many things, it makes a perfect size for. pasta pot, a soup pot for 2 or a great steamer size for vegetables. Aluminum is a lightweight alternative to stainless steel, and a glass lid is a great option.

Great size for a soup pot

This is a great pot that has nice high sides that is great for cooking pasta or soup. The non-stick quality of the "motion" line is wonderful and makes it very easy to clean with just a rinse of water.

Sturdy construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the sturdy construction of this pot. The walls are thick and the pot had a nice feel and just the proper weight. When I cook the heat distribution is even, the handles remain cold so I don’t burn hands when I take the pot off the cooking surface of my gas stove. All in all I am very happy with it.

Added this Motion 4 quart to my full Motion set. Love how well the non-stick performs. Heats evenly, browns and sears food, is lightweight and extremely durable. The Italian design looks great on the cooktop and is a classic contemporary design.
The 4 quart is the perfect size for making soup, broth and stock for a family of 3. Can also be used to boil water for a variety of different pastas, perfect for chili, stews and goulash. Great pan for every day use, and exceeds all of my expectations.

Sexy cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the unique design of this pot & lid. If ever a pot was sexy, this is it. I've used it twice and am very pleased so far. It's perfectly sized @ 4 qts and I like that it's tall vs wide, but not too tall. It will get a lot of use & I have high hopes that the outside will stay nice as well. It's dishwasher safe, but I will hand wash and dry it with care and love :) Wish I knew before I bought a different brand that Zwilling made cookware. It never came up in my extensive web searches for cookware.
