Just the knives to take on your fruits and vegetables. A kudamono or fruit knife for peeling and small cutting tasks, paired with a santoku for precision cutting of vegetables; mincing, slicing and dicing. Contoured handle and lightweight.

Nice set of Asian style knives for the price. Well balanced with sharp edges and hallows these knives will tackle most of the vegetable prep in the kitchen.

This Forged Synergy Santoku knife is beautifully made and an exceptional handle design. Chef knife or Santoku knife both are versatile kitchen knife nowadays. These two is a must-have knife for exploring young cooks. This sturdy, sharp 5" knife will do just fine along with the 3" vegetable kudamono paring knife, great for peeling and cutting fruits. Indention on the blade creates barrier between the food and the steel, preventing food from sticking. Forged knife is durable and could stand rusting and corrosion. It is so sharp to go through any meat, vegetable, herb, or fruits. Dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.

Great forged pair of knives. Perfect for peeling fruits and veggies and then chopping and slicing them up. Two really useful knives. Good weight. Comfortable handles. Good price.

Great set to have in your kitchen! These knives are great for chopping, dicing, etc. The hollow edge is to resist food sticking to the blade and works very well. I love that this value line is made up of a very sharp blade and comfortable handle at an affordable price.

Santoku knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Santoku knives to round out my 13-piece set. The block had three empty slots. These knives are my favorite “go to” knives for most tasks. Perfect sizes! And the quality is top notch!

Great set at a great value for these two much used knives. I love the little Kudamono and use it as I would a small paring knife. It is nice that it has the grantons on the blade like the santoku, so nothing sticks to the blade. German stainless steel and sharp, I love this set.

Vegetable lovers will love this set. Perfect for even getting through the toughest of vegetables. Both knives are made from German Steel so durable for the long haul. Both knives also have the hollow edges to help move food away from the blade. The little Santoku has a nice shape making it easy to pare with.
