I recently got diagnosed with lumbar disc disease and have a herniated disc this has made it extremely easy to do squats and do my physical therapy exercises I highly recommend this product not only is it nice and compact but sturdy and Light

Missing screws?

Its decently made but not super sturdy. Didn't come with instructions to put together and I think some screws are missing.
