Infrazen PEMF Mat

Very well made and sturdy. Still trying to figure out how to turn off FIR feature when I only want PEMF. Display seems to default to FIR. I received a clear plastic cylinder containing a tiny silver disc. No reference to that item on instructions so unknown if it's a battery or a fuse or its purpose. I'm excited to have this item for the PEMF benefits and look forward to using it!

Good Heat

So far it’s been good only had a few days. Gets hot and says it’s releasing the hz - it’s very soft so not sure how do I know what it’s doing? I’m going to keep using it daily it gets hot and I love that.

Essential Relief for Pain and Daily Recovery

The InfraZen Mini Mat is a non-negotiable part of my routine since 8/1/2025. I’ve recently been battling intense nerve pain and inflammation in my neck (C6–C7), T1, mid-back, levator scapulae, rhomboid, and down my arm—a new pain trigger that disrupted my training, daily activities and even sleeping. This mat changed everything.
The PEMF + infrared heat combo is incredible. I sit on it during work, activate PEMF when pain flares, and let the gentle infrared warmth melt tension. I sleep with it on low PEMF, and use higher settings before getting out of bed to ease stiffness and boost circulation. Staying hydrated and replenishing electrolytes makes it even more effective.
Since using it daily, I’ve experienced significant pain relief, faster recovery, looking forward to getting back to training next week.
Every Lifepro product I’ve owned has been top notch, supporting my strength, recovery, and rehab since 2021.
