I think the mini mat much better than the full sized. The "mini" is still big and harder to store so I can't imagine having the full size. It is really nice to have the heat combination.

Within five minutes my low back was in love! I’ve had low back issues most of my life and I don’t like taking meds. Well I used the mini pemf mat last night for the first time and I felt the relaxation starting within minutes! My back hasn’t felt so good in a long time! We have three Lifepro products so far and each are high quality. We love them all for different reasons! So happy with our purchase and I am excited about the future of my health. And a p.s. my husband got on it and fell sound asleep! We have have a future purchase looming! Haha. Thanks Lifepro!

I wanted a PEMF mat as well as an FIR mat. This one seems to be doing the trick for my pinched nerve/muscle spasming problem. I love Lifepro Fitness products and I own several.

I have chronic back pain after a motorcycle crash that almost killed me. I have been using the mat for a couple weeks now as I lay on the floor watching TV before going to bed. I believe it is having an impact on the pain and helping me sleep better at night.
