Lifepro ultra red pulsating belt

Purchased January 2025 for spinal stenosis and arthritis in the hips,l use it for 30 minutes 2times a day,in June l had platelet rich plasma injections in all 3 sites and between the two treatments have much better movement,l continue to use the belt because it does feel good but recently have noticed lighs not working in bottom left side

I love the belt and use it almost everyday but the power cord has a short in it and I can't get it to work consistently. How do I get a new cord?
