Fantastic therapy, but suddenly quit

Have been using therapy belt for relief of osteoarthritis in lower back and knees. It suddenly quit today and in pain without it.

Just started using the belt. It's very relaxing and soothing. Well made product. The only thing I wish is that the lights went all around the belt so when I use it on my stomach the sides and back of my body would also get targeted at the same time. But I assume it's to accommodate the Velcro etc.
