I’m a PT and I recommend this brand when my patients ask about red light therapy. There is great evidence to support red light therapy and I have had good success

This was easy to setup and I love how it feels so far, two uses in. I do wish it came with a battery, as that is an option for more flexible/mobile use around the house, etc. Thankfully I had one of my own and it works very well that way.
