I use the IR belt on my back, hip and shoulder. It provides soothing relief to aching areas and is flexible enough to use anywhere. My husband and I both enjoy it every evening.

Just received this yesterday and can't wait to try it. It came quickly and while I haven't tried it yet, I do have a Lifepro Waver vibration plate and rebounder and love both products. I bought this to hopefully help with herniated and extruded lumbar discs and pinched nerve and radiculopathy

I have only used the belt a few times but it seems to have had a positive effect on my problem areas.
The product seems well made, it’s easy to use and the instructions are clear and concise.
The only negative so far was the smell of the product right out of the box was strong but disapated after two days.
Overall I am pleased and satisfied with the product.
