Got the red light therapy belt today and used it right away; it is pretty comfortable to wear but I can’t speak to any results yet

A little difficult to get the belt to fit tight enough. Vibration is gentle, light therapy doesn’t get too warm, and its easy to clean and store in the box it came in. Going on 2 weeks of use, haven’t yet noticed too much of a difference, but will continue to use before having an official opinion.

I love to use this on my stomach. The heat plus vibration also help move my bowels which in turn is giving me more energy plus it’s making a difference shrinking my excess skin from pregnancy

Purchased after hip tendon repair surgery. Using on the surgery side to help with healing and the opposite hip for pain related to over use. Also on mid back for pain there as well while recovering. Belt arrived quickly and well packaged. It is easy to use on hips and back. Working well and happy to have the near red setting for deep tissue healing.

I just used it for the first time, loved it. The pulsing warmth was nice. Hoping to see some results for stomach firming but my husband will use it for his low back pain.
