I bought this belt mainly for my back pain, and even after just one use I felt a big difference. The heat feels like a warm bath or sauna, and the gentle vibration is like a light massage that really helps my muscles relax. After 29 minutes, my back felt calmer. It's soothing, comforting, and feels like a real self-care.
