I was able to use the device for 3 20 min sessions. Now the device won’t stay on for more than 10 seconds.

Please let me know if there’s any troubleshooting I can do or how I can get another one. I really wanted this to work for me and didn’t get a chance to really try it.
I’ve tried multiple battery packs packs as well as outlets.

Been using the device twice a day for about a week and so far I love it! Comfortable to wear and noticing a difference in back pain already! Just ordered the power bank so I can use it on the go too.
