The packaging was very professional and included helpful, informative details. I just wish there was more guidance on how to use the different Hz settings and what target areas they’re best for. So far, so good — it’s been very convenient and easy to use.

The belt is durable and easy to follow the instructions. My sister has never heard of red light therapy, and she is so excited to get started. She did an unboxing over FaceTime with me. I like the dimensions and how it covers a good amount of the area you are targeting. She owns a dog resort in Georgia, and her back aches from lifting dogs all day. I told her she can use it on the job because the belt is Mobil with a battery pack.
I will purchase a belt eventually for myself.

I’ve had the red light belt for a week and it’s working great. An easy addition to my routine. Works well and easy to operate. Too soon to tell if it’s helping with my back and elbow pain, but I am very optimistic!
