I just completed my first treatment with the AllevaRed Pro Light Therapy Belt by LifePro, and for a Christmas present, I’m impressed so far.
I treated my back, shoulder, and stomach, using the default setting. The biggest difference was in my back—I have a bulging disc with a small tear, and I noticed a real reduction in pain and stiffness after just one session. My shoulder, which has a torn rotator cuff, also felt noticeably better and less irritated afterward.
I didn’t notice anything on my stomach, but that area is more for fat reduction, so I wasn’t expecting instant results from one treatment.
The belt is comfortable, easy to use, and feels well made. I like that it has multiple settings, and I’m excited to learn how to tailor treatments for different areas. If one session helped my pain, I’m optimistic about consistent use.

Only used the belt twice for loose crepey belly skin after pregnancy and I feel I have already seen smooth results after just one use. Looking forward to continuing and using it on sore muscles post workout.

I do feel like it makes my stomach flatter when I use it regularly. Though I mostly use it for the red light health benefits for mitochondria

Alleva red light belt

My Alleva red light belt has the magnetic control box on the belt, makes it difficult to control when you’re putting on the belt as sometimes you may want to change settings and it’s difficult to get to. Magnetic control box should be easily accessible where ever on self you put the belt.

The therapy belt provides flexibility to chose between red light and nie therapy, as well as pulse and vibration. It’s easy to use and is further flexible in how much frequencies you use. Simple one stop shop for therapy. I use it for my back and it provides relief from inflammation and soreness.
