I have been using the light belt for about 2 months now. I initially purchased it for a large abdominal scar. HOWEVER, I started using it for my lower back (degenerative disk) and knees. I really feel it is working on the mild pain I have always felt in both places. Product is of great quality and I am slightly afraid my husband is going to confiscate it from me! LOL He is trying it for his shoulder. Maybe another one will be in my future. :)

Ive dealt with a great amount of cramping and jointpain throughout the years this works on multiple areas of the body and i love the heating up settings ?

This Lifepro Red Light Therapy Belt can be used on multiple areas and it has multiple uses. It works amazingly on the stomach and waist, as well as, your shoulders and knees. It helps with inflammation, cell regeneration and recovery. I absolutely love it.
