You should be able to refer to an order number or make it easier to access our account for a copy of the receipt. Perhaps I am not tech strong but you can make it easier to get your warranty. Why make it hard?

Surprised me how good this works

I'll fully admit I was half expecting to be mad at this product or that it was a complete scam. Couldn't be more wrong. Took care of my tendinitis and I saw improvement very very quickly.

Since using this product, I have noticed a significant decrease in my shoulder pain. It has been a more effective solution than weekly massages, as the pain no longer returns the next day. I am grateful for this product and its ability to alleviate my discomfort.
