5 sessions so far on my lower back: pain from hip replacement and years of powerlifting and soft-tissue injury. Working better already and waking up without stiffness and (reduced) pain.

great red light product

I tried out a red light knee product and felt positive about how it impacted my healing so I purchased the red light belt which I can use on any area of the body that needs healing and between the red light and the compression that is possible with the belt I feel confident that my healing time improved.

Been using it on my knee and wife’s back for some time. It works well if combined with a solid regimen of exercise and stretching to reduce pain and inflammation.

Early but promising

Only had it for less than a week , but like the product. Looks to be well bulit good quality. Been using it on my legs as I am a runner and I like the results so far.
