Hi! My belt worked for many uses and recently will only blink the lights once before rebooting. Is there a fix for this?

I just recently received and started using my Allevared LifePro therapy belt but I can already say that I LOVE it! I hope with consistent use, I will find the relief for my back and shoulder pain that I have so desperately been looking for! So far, well worth the money!
