I thought my printer gave up the ghost because it would not even print blank pages when I was out of ink. I went in to buy a new printer and the young man that I consulted with convince me to just try the ink first and if that did not work then I could bring back the ink and buy a new printer. The ink worked perfectly. The touch screen was reactivated and I was so thrilled that I did not have to buy a new printer after all.

I have been buying these ink cartridges for years and in the last year I have bought at least 4 of them that either did not work from installation or lasted 20 minutes. They are not cheap and should not run out or be dried up immediately!
