The cartridge is fine. But your promotions are VERY misleading. $10 off of price no I have a Staples reward account with my phone number but the store wanted an app. Then it read like I would also get back in rewards $10 for the purchase of the ink. NO to that also. Other store sell ink cartridges and just give a price I can go there and not fell that I was just scammed by misleading ads. The positive is that it was in stock that is my 2 stars worth for you.
