Hi Richard From your feedback you are not enjoying this product. I would like to fix that. You stated that the cartridges do not last. We appreciate the feedback. The first step to take is to monitor the temperature of the room. It seems trivial but it makes a significant difference. Run routine maintenance on the printer at least once a month.
