The staff was very helpful in choosing the correct printer for me. The instructions and set up of the printer was extremely easy and is now functioning without issues. Couldn't be happier

I purchased 952 ink with

I purchased 952 ink with all colors and black cartridges. When we put them in our printer the black showed no ink. Because we were low on everything we had to leave the color cartridges in and put the old black in to get us by. When I tried to return the black cartridge I had placed the used color cartridges in the box. I was told that he could not return the black without all the cartridges that came with that box. So needless to say I wasted a lot of money on a cartridge I could not use.
