It's like by printer has been kidnapped and I have to pay to get it back. Try using off brand ink and it shuts down. It's working again with this ink. The blacks are clean and true. The output prints are good. I just can't get behind a product that cost so little to manufacture being so expensive at retail.

Good cartridges always work next best thing to never having to replace ink cartridges; too bad they don't have an endless cartridge. Be careful of knockoffs they don't work a lot of the time.
