Initially had trouble finding my ink. Cartridge receipt to exchange for correct cartridge. The Manager reviewed 6 months of my purchases to locate the receipt and make the exchange. This was real customer service to me.

I replaced the old cartridges with the new ones and was disappointed that the new prints were so light they could hardly be read. I have never had this problem before and wonder if the black xl (which I have never before used) was the culprit.
