Why am I being asked to rate ink? I am beyond confused. It’s such a simple thing of it either works or it doesn’t. Why is there stars? How would ink get 2-4 stars?

Had I known that my HP printer wouldn’t work with refills I would have never bought it. The cartridges are 2-3 times more expensive than the refills. At first I could refill but HP changes the chip and raises the cartridge price - not cool...

Cartridge 952 exactly what was required. This is a great combination as the black cartridge is XL while each color cartridge is a standard size. I print many more black ink pages to color pages. This is the perfect answer to the way I print! It even has a great price!
