These cartridges are difficult to open (feel like you are going to break something to open cartridge) and not easy to install (slots are not easy to line cartridge up to slide and snap in)

No more HP for me!

Why doesn’t my hp printer (office pro 8025) recognize this ink. It tells me that your ink is not compatible! I went online, followed the advice to go through a bunch of “turn off, unplug, remove, wait 15 minutes, etc.” for an hour. It cannot print because it doesn’t recognize one color. So no, no more hp for me,

Took 10 days to get ink because of shortage at local stores only to have one of the color cartridges be defective! Very frustrating! HP will replace but the whole process will take 3-4 weeks.
