Black cartridge failed to be recognized by the printer causing a lot of stress trying to trouble shoot multiple other potential problems. Had to get the black cartridge replaced to get back up and running.

Hello Vincent I read your review. It is odd that the black cartridge caused so many problems. The black cartridge is usually reset by taking it out and reinserting it.
