Staples is where I purchase my printer ink. They have a fair price and always have my ink in stock. I tried those ink refill companies once and boy that didn't work out at all. I only buy genuine HP ink.

Printer Ink is so pricy but what are our choices right? I haven’t had good luck with the knock-off refills and I love my HP printer so I get the good stuff. The XL cartridges are the most affordable way to go and Staples always seems to have the best prices! And I get clear beautiful pages every time!

not printing of color?

Hi Lawrence I see that your color cartridges are not printing. What a frustrating experience! There are a couple of causes to this problem. - Your cartridge might be dried up. If so clean the printhead and copper contacts carefully. - Your cartridge is incompatible with your printer or not properly installed. This is most likely the case if you just inserted the cartridge. Take the cartridge out and reinsert it. Turn off the printer unplug it and then try turning it back on. - Your printer does not detect the cartridge. Contact our support team to troubleshoot this issue further at contact at hp.com/contactHP. Hope these tips solve the problem and you are able to print colorful pages. Amanda HP Care hp.com/support
