Hello there Wendi It is a let-down that all three XL cartridges dried up early. It's not a result we wish for our customers. I am sorry you had to endure the cost of the dry cartridge. You would be surprised how much the temperature and humidity can impact cartridge yields. Avoid making the room too hot or dry. Sometimes dry cartridges are revived by dabbing the printhead with a damp cloth. Remove any dried ink. I would also gently shake the cartridge to see if it is a clog.
