since I've installed the cartridges my printer won't work. I 've had others try it but it is not responding. The number had changed to 60. Maybe that is the cause!

The cyan cartridges in all three packages do not work at all. I have run all diagnostics prompted by the printer to troubleshoot the problem with no luck.
