Hi Lawrence I see that your color cartridges are not printing. What a frustrating experience! There are a couple of causes to this problem. - Your cartridge might be dried up. If so clean the printhead and copper contacts carefully. - Your cartridge is incompatible with your printer or not properly installed. This is most likely the case if you just inserted the cartridge. Take the cartridge out and reinsert it. Turn off the printer unplug it and then try turning it back on. - Your printer does not detect the cartridge. Contact our support team to troubleshoot this issue further at contact at hp.com/contactHP. Hope these tips solve the problem and you are able to print colorful pages. Amanda HP Care hp.com/support
