The ink works but the packaging was crushed and it looked like it had been stuck back in the corner of some storage drawer or shelve. Hard to open.

Have used for a long time. A big complaint from someone now over 75 with weak fingers: very very difficult to break off the yellow/orange (can't recall color; not at computer) clips before installling.

These cartridges are becoming obscenly expensive. HP has become an ink company not a printer company. Their cartirdges are more expensive than their printers!!
