If this is a high yield ink cartridge I would hate to see what a low yield ink cartridge. It didn't print anything

Hello Gene and Linda The cartridge didn't print. That is not a satisfying outcome for most customers. If there is anything that is needed to be done it is a printer restart. Take the cartridge out and reinsert it when the printer is back on. I think that will resolve the issue. Amanda HP Care www.hp.com/support/

Printer ink is a necessary evil. I have used generic "compatible" brands before but sometimes they have either not worked at all or have not lasted very long. Nothing beats the original HP product.
