The only flaw and something that really needs to change is that the set up process will not be complete if you do not put a credit card in the system in order to get your "free" ink cartridges for 6 months as promised on the package. The free and availability of the ink cartridges is one reason that I purchased this HP printer.

An HP problem not Staples but I bought the printer last May/June and this was the first time ink cartridge replacements were in stock. I checked with other stores and with HP headquarters and they just weren't manufacturing it for some odd reason - since it was for a new model! Thanks Staples for getting it back in stock!!!

The ink itself is very good. I would have given 4 stars for that but I knocked off 3 stars because the price of this ink is ridiculously expensive. What is this stuff made out of... liquid gold???

I would not recommend this printer. It drops contact with the computer changes printer identity frequently paper drawer opens/closes with difficulty due to cheap construction no longer prints two sides automatically incredibly slow in setup. No star

The Cyan was defective. Previously I received a set in which all cartridges were defective. The replacement set had a defective cyan. I purchased a separate cyan at the store or which I paid an additional $25. You did give me rewards credit so I am happy. But it was a lot of trouble.
