I am sure the ink cartridges are perfect. The printer at the moment is not working. I need to get it on Wi-Fi but do not have any instructions. I’ve gone on the website but our printer discontinued.

I was very disappointed. I bought a 2 pack of black/color ink and I truly believe the color ink cartridge was empty. I put the new cartridges in and printed the alignment page. I noticed when it came out of the printer it had no color in it. It then told me to scan the alignment page and when I did it failed. I took out the new cartridge and put the old one back in and it told me that the cartridge needed to be replaced immediately. I took the old one out again and before putting the new one back in I unplugged the printer and after plugging it back in I put the new cartridge back in again. When I printed the alignment page again still no color and failed again when scanned. I am now using only the black cartridge in my printer. The cartridges cost way too much money for one of them not to work. I’ve never had a complaint before now. I attached a picture of the alignment page which shows no color!!
