I find it unacceptable that customers must know the online price in order to get that lower price match when shopping in person. I should not have to pre-shop in order to pay that price.

There was no black ink in my new HP XL61 cartridge. Therefore not happy. My copier also showed there was no ink. I even put old black cartridge back in copier to make sure I hadn’t gotten them mixed up. Old and new black cartridges were empty of ink.
