Hindsight: wish I'd noted the name of the guy who helped me so that he would get the credit he deserved for his patience with me an almost 85 yr old woman with no kid around to bail her out on computer problems -- like reinserting/replacing ink cartridges. Yes the store was near empty of customers and few employees in sight other than this guy. Nevertheless he pointed out the rack where my purchase was located then walked over to it and took down the one that I needed and checked me out. I was flabbergasted by the price increase but while I print out daily apparently not so much as to require replacements more often. BUT I do print and I don't want to run out; impatient yes! But when I want it printed I want it now! So thank you check out guy; I appreciated your assistance [which I needed then and which I will need again when I return for another refill].
